Hi, I'm Eli!

I am a PhD student at Charité - University Hospital, in the Translational Neuromodulation Lab. My research focuses on neural analysis, designing closed-loop stimulation algorithms, and restoring movement.

My research interest:

Neural manifolds for decoding | Real-time processing | Closed-loop stimulation protocols | Motor restoration

Neural Fingerprints of Akinetic States

Bottom-up extraction of salient features that characterise akinetic states in a Parkinson's model.

Phase-locked EES

Exploring the effects of spinal cord stimulation phase-locked to ongoing cortical oscillations.

neurokin

My little imperfect but useful code child. Born out of necessity, it now helps me and my colleagues to streamline many of our routine neurobehavioural analyses.
